Tiers let you create reusable presets. Define a tier once (e.g., "Lakewood Mesivta defaults" or "Family with teens"), apply to any customer's onboarding. Tiers store iOS and Android defaults separately so the same tier works across devices. Tier sets defaults; you can still adjust per customer at the next step.
Two simple defaults ship on the iPhone profile now. The customer fine-tunes everything else later in their access center — onboarding stays simple on purpose.
The KolBo profile pins the iPhone to KolBo's encrypted DNS with the standard content filter on: adult and gambling are blocked out of the box. Clean, safe, and quiet for day one.
The customer can tighten this later — add categories, stricter levels, per-site rules — from their access center. Nothing to pick here.
The App Store stays open on the device at onboarding. The customer can install what they need today.
